Ill be on bass for the one and only Kristeen Young all month in the magical city of Los Angeles

Couple clips from Friday June 9th tribute night in Brooklyn, where I pulled double duty playing bass in the BRC’s ( Black Rock Coalition ) Prince tribute and singing for the Bowie tribute. Went from that family feel in black ass Bed Stuy BK, to Whiteassburg Williamsburg where I was introduced as ‘Chocolate’ by the Mistress of Ceremony, the gorgeous and talented, Michael T.  Oh the racial divide I ride! Such a great Friday night! And of course my personal afterparty was legendary with the lovely Neon and my baby Ruddy.

A few CA dates on bass for Kristeen Young and one last minute add to the Telepopmusik DJ set at Bardot

I’ll be playing bass in the early eve this coming Friday the 9th for the BRC’s tribute to Prince in BK, then running over the same night to sing in tribute to David Bowie, pulled together by New York legend Michael T.

Next up is Playing bass for The Black Rock Coalition (BRC) Prince Tribute in Brooklyn June 9th

That same night Sylvia will be singing a song in the Bowie Tribute put on by NY Legend Michael T.

Then it’s back to the West Coast to play Bass for Kristen Young for a string of June dates.

All the while Sylvia will be putting the final recording touches on her Lounge and Covers album.

Happy to be playing bass with Late Night TV Talk Show host, James Corden, and Reggie Watts bandmate – Guillermo Brown, AKA Pegasus Warning. He has a beautiful new EP out that I have been immersing myself in. We have played one show recently at Tenants of the Trees and am looking forward to future shows in March and hopefully beyond!
